Hi friends! To celebrate the launch of my new season of food. curated. stories, I’m co-hosting next week’s Sunday Asado Chef Series at Colonia Verde in Fort Greene. The famed Sunday Asados are intimate family-style feasts where influential chefs join forces to cook stunning dishes over an open fire. It’s the FINAL Sunday Asado of their 2017 season, and my good buddy Sarah McLellan of Bon Appétit Magazine will be co-hosting with me! Please come! I’d love to see you. Award-winning Israeli Chef Einat Admony from Bar Bolonat, Balaboosta & Taim Falafels in New York City will be cooking her specialty recipes with Colonia Verde’s head chef, Felipe Donnelly. Plus, as an extra special treat, Max Blachman-Gentile, Head Baker at Tørst (who I just featured in my latest documentary) will be in attendance showcasing some of his incredible loaves.
