I’m working on a short video next week about some new friends I made in my Brooklyn neighborhood raising backyard urban chickens for eggs for the first time ever. They’re the pet gift that keeps on giving, and Pierogi is their funky “alpha” hen. Watch the video to learn more about her and tune in next week for a more complete video! (PS – they named her Pierogi because they wanted her to be a homage to their Polish neighborhood, Greenpoint)
